them think this was back in 1994.

Pretty sure this is at the corner of Chambers and Church, down near City Hall. I've passed it many times and thought, "Who took the time to think up this torture device?"

oh there? but in wich city? Is it NY? I'm viewing this picture from weimar, germany. There's some similar "ART" here too-
I'm going to publish an article about anti-sit in public space, and would like to use this picture. Of course i would need it in a better resolution plus the agreement of the author... if you here me please contact me!

Must not be in the US, someone would have purposefully fallen on this obvious mantrap and sued the socks off of someone already. In some cities there are people who purposefully search out broken sidewalks and make a living off the ill gotten gains they get out of the municipality in the settlement.

i, too, was thinking that looked like a lawsuit waiting to happen.
the spikes are so much taller than the usual deterrents.
more on the order of the ones they put out to deter pidgeons.
was this taken in a land where they have giant pidgeons?
