Nice idea to combine the ad with the photo. Makes me wish we still had phone numbers like STErling 0848. And that we still drove cars like that!

That is the building that I live in!! I am researching the history (mainly the construction history) of the building. Did the add come from the Brooklyn Historical Society? Do you have any more info?
