I disagree. It is a decent structure. Some could argue it is Art Deco. It just needs some aesthetic conditioning on the facade.

it is a simple building, very a decent piece of architecture, nicely resolved and put together- why hell, even the bravest get rooms offices and amenities that have windows and viws to the outside
